But my question is, why does Bala gets special treatment by having officers fly off to an ASEAN country to take his statement?? Why spend money on flight tickets(which are not cheap with surcharge now days, even with AIRASIA) to get his statement. On top of that not arrest him. Is this a valid question or I am just an idiot who dont know that this is how professional investigation is carried out?
