the big one 06/07/08

6 July 2008 will go down in history as THE BIG ONE:

ONE million people – give or take a few

ONE place – Kelana Jaya Stadium [Stadium MPPJ]

ONE objective – to show that THE MAKKAL HAVE THE SAKTHI !!!

According to the organisers, PROTES 2008 and confirmed in Malaysiakini, it’s all systems GO:

Despite the heavy military build-up around the Petaling Jaya area, Coalition Against Inflation (Protes) are adamant that the rally in the Kelana Jaya stadium will proceed as planned.

Protes coordinator Dr Hatta Ramli said the programme, which would see musical and artistic performances in between political speeches, would start at 10am until midnight.

“Everything is on as planned,” said Hatta, when contacted today.

However … it is yest to be determined if embattled leader [Anwar Ibrahim] would speak during the rally.

[There are rumours flying around that he would be arrested before he steps into the stadium.]

Since morning, there were reports of army trucks stationed in various parts of Petaling Jaya, including the Kelana Jaya police station, near the stadium.

…the police would rely on the army for “assistance”…

Inspector General of Police Musa Hassan … said, it should not be misconstrued as a threat to stifle peaceful assemblies.

Are you kidding? Of course it is.

“The public should not be unduly worried about the exercise except those who are out to create trouble,” he said in a statement.

And, in your books, “those who are out to create trouble” are … those attending the rally, right?

However Batu MP Tian Chua said military presence in the area was unnecessary as it would intimidate the public and discourage them from attending the event.

Idiots firing water cannons and tear gas are intimidating enough, now we’ve got to deal with idiots firing machine guns.

In a related development, five NGOs today held a peaceful assembly in front of the federal police headquarters at Bukit Aman, Kuala Lumpur, against the use of the military in handling public assemblies.

The police according to NST are on “high alert” - ie: ‘let’s scare the public with this report’

The Star are in their usual denial mode, claiming that “the roadblocks are part of regular crime prevention”

WE WILL NOT BE COWED! WE WILL NOT BACK DOWN!!! WE WILL NEVER SURRENDER!!!

The following message from Renuka was copied off the KeADILan Power e-group:

 Dear  people,

In light of everything going on, please, please let us not forget why the events of this week are happening.

By my reckoning, its all because the BN is shivering at the real threat to their continued existence, that has emerged through the Pakatan Rakyat’s plans to take over the govt. on Sept 16.

After  our de facto leader announced it, all hell breaks loose.

Now all of us want a change…AGAIN.

Having denied 2/3 majority, WE WANT MORE!!!

The only way to do that is if we singlemindedly press on in the cause that has already been set in motion by our de facto leader and never, ever, ever, ever,… let anything get in the way of that objective..Not sodomy allegations, not retracted SDs, not Najib getting off scott free from the Altantuya connection, not even the arrest  (if it happens) our of De Facto Leader.

This is the evil BN’s plan. To distract us from our primary purpose of taking over Government in September. They will stop at nothing to achieve it.

But we – WE WILL NEVER, EVER, EVER, EVER forget or give up

Renuka

WOO YAA REFORMASIIII!!!

REMEMBER: 06/07/08 is the first Sunday where we BOYCOTT ALL PETROL STATIONS and every Sunday thereafter.

Also: WEAR RED -  the official colour of Petrol Protest Sunday.

Note: If you were thinking of taking the LRT to Kelana Jaya station, please be informed that it’s NOT walking distance to the Stadium - But why the hell should we take the LRT if we have cars?? Why should we ‘change our lifestyle’?? We should change the petrol price!!! We should change the GOVERNMENT!!!

So drive, I say, DRIIIVVVE!!!!!

But if you’re driving, I suggest you wear some other coloured garment and slip on your red just before you enter the stadium – the police roadblocks will most probably be hassling people in red [just like they did the yellow and orange wearers of Bersih and Hindraf].

Don’t know what’ll happen if you happen to own a red car, though…

To find Stadium MPPJ on the satt map below, start from Kelana Jaya LRT and follow the Lebuhraya Damansara-Puchong, (past the bottom left-hand corner,) zoom in one or two clicks and look for Stadium MPPJ – clue: it’s in SS7, on Jalan Stadium 7/15, near Taman Bandaran Kelana, off the LDP.

    1) Bala comes out with a SD.
    2) Within 24 hours he comes out with the next SD which is different from the first SD.
    3) Now, we are informed that he has disappeared.
Where has he and his family gone to?
    Where are they hiding?
What are the real facts relating to the above sequence of events?
What are the implications in respect of the above flow of event?
Who are the people who know the real truth in respect of the above matter?
Everyone of us must think in all directions; left and right (horizontally); up and down (vertically); and in and out (diagonally) and draw our own conclusions.
    So think clearly and seriously.
Bala has committed a serious crime and so do the people who have corroborated and connived with him.
    Regards,
    R.Nadarajan
